This isn’t complex but it was good.  I learned that the directions for cheese on top are better than cheese on bottom.  Basically this is garlic and rosemary bread toasted with olive oil.  Topped with diced basil, steamed Romanesco cauliflower, and strips of goat milk gouda melted.  They were delicious!
