Homemade Bagels

A friend and I made bagels today. She has been “bugging” me to make them for like 10 months since I last/for the first time made them.  We used a Kitchen-Aid today for some of the kneading which I’ve never done before but it was interesting.  Also,  the whole boiling thing… still don’t have it done exactly yet.  Actually today I learned I do have it down I just didn’t know it : X Or rather was over concerned about having it or not. They all tasted good but I was so worried about burning them we didn’t leave the one batch in long enough to get really crusty on the outside. But the second batch it was good.
